I Don't Know What's Wrong

You just know something isn’t right. Therapy can help you make sense of it.

You Can’t Quite Explain It - But You’re Not Okay

Maybe you feel flat, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted.
You keep going through the motions, but something feels off.
You’ve tried to push it down, keep busy, or “just get on with it”; but deep down, you know something needs attention.

You might be saying to yourself:

  • “I don’t know why I feel like this”

  • “Nothing terrible has happened, but I’m not okay”

  • “I can’t keep living like this, but I don’t know what to change”

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Therapy is a place where we begin to explore what’s going on - together.

What This Might Look Like
  • A vague sense of sadness, heaviness, or emotional flatness

  • Feeling like you’re watching life from a distance

  • Irritability, anxiety, or emotional numbness

  • Trouble sleeping, focusing, or enjoying anything

  • Feeling overwhelmed by small things

  • Questioning your purpose, relationships, or direction

  • A sense of being “off” even if life looks fine on the outside

Sometimes, the hardest thing is not knowing why you feel this way, just that you do.

You Don’t Need a Label to Deserve Support

You don’t have to hit rock bottom, have a diagnosis, or know exactly what’s wrong to seek therapy.
Many people come to therapy feeling uncertain, foggy, or afraid they’re “making a fuss.”

Here’s the truth:

  • You are allowed to explore your emotional life without needing to justify it.

  • You are allowed to feel confused, lost, or stuck.

  • You are allowed to want more - more clarity, more connection, more peace.

Therapy is here for the in-between places, not just the crises.

How Therapy Can Help
  • Gently unpack the feelings beneath the fog or numbness

  • Understand hidden stress, trauma, or emotional patterns

  • Make space for emotions you’ve been suppressing or avoiding

  • Reconnect with your needs, values, and self

  • Feel less alone in your experience

  • Start to feel more grounded, calm, and hopeful

You don’t need all the answers to begin. You just need space to be heard.

My Approach

I work gently and relationally with people who are struggling but don’t always have the words for it.
Together, we can build a sense of clarity and compassion, and begin to understand what’s really going on.

You’re not too much. You’re not broken. And you don’t have to figure this out alone.
