Therapy for adults navigating relationships, identity, and faith & life transitions
What to expect in Therapy
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to make the process clear and approachable so you know what to expect.

Your First Session

The first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and what support you’re looking for. You don't need to prepare anything at all.

We’ll explore:
-
What has brought you to therapy
-
Your current life and challenges
-
What you hope might change
You are free to go at your own pace; there’s no pressure to share everything straight away.

How I Work

I’m an integrative therapist, drawing on different approaches depending on your needs. Sessions may include:

-
Understanding your thoughts, feelings, and patterns
-
Exploring how past experiences influence the present
-
Supporting your relationships and personal growth

My role isn’t to fix you but to work alongside you respectfully and collaboratively.

Session Structure & Pace

-
Duration: 50 minutes per session
-
Frequency: Most people start weekly; we can adjust this over time
-
Sessions provide a safe space to reflect, process, and gain insight
-
Everything you bring: frustration, grief, anger, or confusion, is welcome
