UK Online Therapy - Specialist support for religious deconstruction, faith transitions, and intentional parenting.
What to expect in Therapy.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to make the process clear and approachable so you know what to expect.

Your First Session.

The first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and what support you’re looking for. You don't need to prepare anything at all.

We’ll explore:
-
What has brought you to therapy
-
How you hope therapy will help you
-
Why now?
You are free to speak at your own pace; there’s no pressure to share everything straight away.

How I Work

I’m an integrative therapist, drawing on different approaches depending on your needs. Sessions may include:

-
Understanding your thoughts, feelings, and patterns
-

Making your unconsciousness, conscious
-
Supporting your relationships and personal growth

My role isn’t to fix you but to work alongside you respectfully and collaboratively.
